Facial Yoga is a type of yoga exercise for the face, geared towards people who want to look younger without surgery or painful injections and other invasive treatments.
This type of yoga is suitable for all ages. The different exercises soften wrinkles, and firm up sagging skin. They are also a good preventative measure so it will benefit you if you start before the wrinkles appear and the face loses its elasticity.
These facial exercises are easy to learn. There are a series of different exercises designed to tone and strengthen the muscles of your face and neck. Some of these, such as the upside down face, are done in an inverted position that increases circulation allowing more oxygen to reach your face which increases the health and appearance of your skin.
