Healthy Juices -easy to make in your blender

Here are some great juice recipes. Just put these ingredients into a blender and process to get delicious and healthy drinks to accompany your meal or drink on their own:
1. Pineapple Orange Strawberry Cocktail
1 orange, peeled and sectioned
1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed, skin removed
5 strawberries
Process the fruit in a juicer and serve
2. Apple Pineapple Ginger Juice Recipe
1 apple, cored and sliced
1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed, skin removed
1/2 inch fresh ginger
Juice the apple and ginger together, then juice the pineapple and serve.
3, Blueberry Grape Juice Recipe
handful of grapes
1 cup blueberries, fresh or thawed from frozen
Process the fruit in a juicer and serve.
Apple Kiwi Juice Recipe
3 kiwis, peeled
2 apples, cored and sliced
Process the fruit in a juicer and serve.
4. Cucumber Celery Cooler Recipe
4 medium carrots, greens removed
1/4 medium cucumber, peeled
1 stalk celery
1 apple, sliced
1/2 lemon, peeled (optional)
