Do you think that desserts always have to be unhealthy? Do you see the words healthy deserts as an oxymoron. You're wrong! It is possible to eat healthily and still satisfy your sweet tooth. Here's How.
Eat Well to Age Well
You may be counting calories but still have the need for something a little sweeter to round off that perfect meal. Settle for finding something nutritious to satisfy your sweet tooth and gradually reduce the level of sugar in the desserts you enjoy in order to change your taste to reduce your craving for sugar.
Recipes submitted here should be healthy and, if possible, ready in 30 minutes or less. If it is really glorious, we'll accept longer but please include both preparation and cooking time.
Also known as healthy sweet recipes, healthy afters recipes - and I'm told healthy desert recipes - I think that, even the weight conscious will continue to enjoy these sweet delights.
Enjoy!
